24 Affordable Units Planned in Fenway
Fenway Community Development Corporation is set to acquire the property at 112 Queensberry Street in Fenway and has submitted plans for a new 6-story affordable housing development on the site. The development would feature 24 affordable rental units, a mix of studios and one-bedrooms. The project will also incorporate numerous sustainability measures, including a highly efficient building envelope and all-electric systems, in line with Passive House design standards and the specialized energy code adopted by Boston.
