Plans Filed for New Apartments Next to Magic Kingdom
Plans have been filed for new apartments that will be the second phase of an apartment community just north of Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Windermere Cay Apartments, the current community, offers 380 apartment units. Proposed plans for another phase will add another 218 apartments. The new phase would be constructed on a 32-acre site adjacent to the existing apartment community. In the existing community, the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units range in size from 742 to 1,310 square feet. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, theater room and dog park.
