Construction Wraps Up on Casa Celina
General contractor, , has wrapped up construction on "Casa Celina"; a new, 16-story, residential development, located at 1810 Watson Avenue (1001 Thieriot Avenue) in the Soundview neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed jointly by Xenolith Partners, and ELH Management, it contains affordable housing units for seniors and homeless adults. These will be available in studio and one-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities include a fitness center with an exercise room, a laundry room, lounge spaces on every floor, and a landscaped rooftop terrace. The second floor will also offer 1,700-square-feet of community space, accessible to NYCHA residents and the surrounding community.
