28 Unit Project Approved in East Boston
Plans have been approved for a 5-story multifamily project at 9 Geneva Street in East Boston. The development will include 28 residential units with 5 designated affordable. The project is within walking distance of both Maverick and Airport stations on the MBTA Blue Line and will add a sidewalk connection to Maverick Street and street trees along the new sidewalk for shade and pedestrian comfort.
