2.5M SF Senior Living Community Planned for Bethesda Site
Erickson Senior Living is planning a 2.5M+ square foot senior living project on what is currently the Marriott HQ site. Plans include 1300 independent living units, 210 assisted living and memory care units, 50 skilled nursing care units, and 5,300 square feet of retail along with a public park.
