Massive North Bethesda Senior Living Project Wins First Approvals
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved initial plans for the 2M+ square foot senior living community proposed on the current site of Marriott HQ. Plans from Erickson Senior Living call for 8 buildings including 1,300 independent living units, 210 assisted living units, and 50 nursing units. The development would also feature just over 5,000 square feet of retail space and a 1.6-acre public park.
