20-Building Multifamily Development Breaks Ground in Burlington Township
General contractor, , has broken ground on a 20-building, Class-A multifamily development, going up on a 40-acre property on Bromley Boulevard in Burlington Township, New Jersey. The lot, which was previously farmland, doesn't currently have an address.
Developed by , and designed by , the 500-unit complex will consist of nine 3-story buildings and eleven 4-story structures. The development will offer one to three-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. Approximately 100 units will be dedicated to affordable housing.
The complex will have two stand-alone clubhouses. The larger of these will be the grand clubhouse, which will feature a fireplace lounge, bar, ample seating areas, gaming, and private coworking stations, as well as the leasing center. There will also be a wellness clubhouse, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, a yoga studio, a private fitness area, and a relaxing wellness lounge.
Other tenant amenities are to include two courtyards with swimming pools, pickleball courts, a putting green, a playground, two firepits, a dog park, and walking trails throughout the property.
