JAG Management Company Establishes New Regional Vice President Roles
With 10 new multifamily properties scheduled to join the JAG Management Company portfolio in 2024, the property management firm is pleased to announce the promotion of two regional managers to Regional Vice President to oversee growth across JAG’s portfolio along the East Coast.
Maureen Haberern takes on the role of Regional Vice President for JAG Management Company’s operations in the Carolinas, the Mid-Atlantic, and Washington Metropolitan Area. She joined JAG in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of multifamily experience to the new role.
Ronda Layo is JAG Management Company’s Regional Vice President overseeing assets in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Washington Metropolitan Area. With over 20 years of industry experience, Ronda has been with JAG since 2020 and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Apartment Association’s Regional Advisory Council and a Pennsylvania delegate for the National Apartment Association.
“JAG Management Company is rapidly growing and by implementing this new organizational structure, we will be well positioned for strategic growth and continue to provide a high level of service to our existing clients and stakeholders,” said President Patty Holt. “With 10 new properties opening this year, we’re on track to achieve our goal of 10,000 units under management in 2024, a significant milestone.”
Holt said the new roles were established to support both current and anticipated growth. “Ronda and Maureen have proven expertise in all aspects of multifamily – from new construction and lease-up to mixed-use, stabilized, and renovated assets,” she said. “We’re excited to expand our senior management team, and we congratulate Ronda and Maureen on their new roles.”
Among the properties coming online in 2024 are a combination of fee-managed assets and Jefferson Apartment Group developments, including J.Coopers Row overlooking Nationals Park baseball stadium in Washington, D.C. and Rivermark Northern Liberties, a mixed-use community on the Philadelphia riverfront.
