22-Story Condo Tower Tops Out in Yorkville
Developer and general contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 22-story residential tower, going up at 300 East 83rd Street in Manhattan's Yorkville neighborhood. Now that work has finished on the bones of the structure, the project team has shifted its focus towards installing the building's facade materials and framing the interior walls.
The luxury high-rise is set to contain condo units (including a select amount of affordable housing units). Plans also call for a cellar level and square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Designed by , the tower stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is ultimately expected to wrap up during the fall of 2024.
