23-Story Mixed-Use Tower Under Review in Brickell
Plans are under review for Smart Brickell Luxe along 3rd Avenue in Brickell. Plans call for a 23-story tower to include a mix of lodging, residential and retail space. The development would feature 74 lodging units, 53 residential and condo-hotel units plus roughly 6,000 square feet of retail space. The building will include food and beverage space, a gym, an outdoor garden lounge, a business center, and a swimming pool.
