245 Summer Street Trades for $728.5M
The 14-story, 910,000 square foot office building at 245 Summer Street has been traded for $728,500,000. Horizon Real Estate Investors LLC, an affiliate of Fidelity Investments, has purchased the property from Benderson Development Company. Following the sale, HREI will lease the property to Fidelity Real Estate Company, LLC, and Fidelity will continue to operate the property. Michael Aalto, Vice President at Fidelity Investments tells BLDUP, "Fidelity is excited as this purchase reaffirms our commitment to the City of Boston which continues to be our headquarter city."
