270-Unit Workforce Housing Development, The Spruce Gains Approval
Developers have recently been given approval by the West Palm Beach City Commission for a site plan evaluation for an 8-story workforce housing project called The Spruce. The approval is a partnership contract for workforce housing incentives between the city's Housing & Community Development department and the local developer.
The Spruce will feature 270 units, and 2,330 square feet of retail space and will be located in the Northwood Village neighborhood of West Palm Beach at 2501 Spruce Avenue.
Construction plans to break ground in Fall 2023.
