Boynton Beach Officials Approve $100M Mixed-Use Project, The Pierce
The $100M mixed-use development called, The Price has been given the green light by Boynton Beach officials. The project will feature a 8-story structure with 300 apartments (150 will be workforce housing units), 17,015 square feet of restaurants and retail and over 500 parking spaces. Amenities will include a pool, a pickleball court, a fitness center and a dog park.
Construction plans to break ground by the end of the year and could take 24 months before completion.
