Expansion Request Filed For The Pierce In Boynton Beach, FL
Developers have filed an expansion plan for the mixed-use development planned for 115 N Federal Highway in Boynton Beach, FL. The original plan from 2021 was to include a structure that would offer 236 apartments with16,800 square feet of restaurant and retail space.
Now, developers hope to expand the plan to 300 homes with 17,015 square feet of restaurant and retail space. Hurricane Alley is listed on the site plan to be one of the restaurant tenants.
