273-Unit Mixed-Use Development Under Official Review for 180 Western Avenue
Samuels & Associates have submitted a PNF for a 273-unit, 200,100 SF development in Lower Allston. Plans call for a 7-story, 85-foot building featuring 179,350 SF of residential uses (273 units), approximately 13,900 SF of ground-floor retail, restaurant, service, and accessory uses, and 6,850 SF of shared amenity space with a total of 78 parking spaces.
