28-Story Rental Tower Tops Out in Hamilton Heights
General contractor, , has just topped out a 28-story residential tower, at 620 West 153rd Street in Manhattan's Hamilton Heights neighborhood.
Developed by , it will soon contain rental apartments, spread across 210,000 square feet. Tenant amenities will include a fitness center, a co-working area, a bike storage room, recreational spaces for children and pets, and a roof lounge.
The structure will also contain 11,628 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , 620 West 153rd Street will stand feet tall and total square feet.
