29 Unit Affordable Housing Development Under Review at 1463-1469 Dorchester Avenue
A mixed-use project at 1463-1469 Dorchester Avenue, next to the Field's Corner MBTA RedLine station is now under review. The 5-story building would include 29 rental units plus around 1,600 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The project has been designed under the guidelines of the Boston Compact Living Pilot Program, focusing on smaller units, shared amenities, and in this case no on-site parking. All units within the building would be rented to households at or below 90% AMI.
