Vertical Construction Underway on 5-Story Dorchester Ave Project
has begun vertical framing and concrete slab pouring on 1463 Dorchester Avenue. Approved in 2020, plans call for a 5-story, 29 unit apartment building with 1,360 sf of ground-floor retail space.
