The developer, TLee Development, has won approval to build a five (5) story, 29 unit apartment building with 1,360 sf of ground-floor retail space. 100% of the residential units will be income-restricted. The project will include twenty-five (25) studio units and four (4) one-bedroom units. The building would also offer community space, bike storage, and an outdoor patio.
