$29M Loan Secured for Large Mott Haven Project
Developer, , has just received a $29 million loan from Bridge City Capital for a new, 13-story, residential development. Planned for the Bronx's Mott Haven neighborhood at 120 East 144th Street, the building would contain residential units. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall, with the residential portion totaling square feet. The full building will amount to a fair bit larger when you take the parking garage into account. The development would be constructed on a square foot lot, bound at the head of the block by Walton Avenue, East 144th Street, and Gerard Avenue. An existing 2-story warehouse building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
