Developer Lands $150M Loan for Large Mott Haven Apartment Project
Developer, , has just secured a $150 million loan for a 13-story, residential project, set to rise at 120 East 144th Street in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. Issued by SCALE Lending, this influx of capital will be used to fund all construction costs from the ground up.
The building will contain rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a yoga studio, an outdoor courtyard, a garden, a rooftop lounge, and a coworking space. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , with to serve as the general contractor, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to take until June of 2026.
The new building will replace a 2-story warehouse building on the property.
