3 Industrial Properties in Randolph Sell for Combined $18M
Wheelock Street Capital, in a joint venture with Seyon Group, has secured 3 industrial buildings in Randolph near Route 24. BIV 109 - 140 New York Ave, LLC - the partnership between Wheelock and Seyon Group - purchased the properties from FP Giglio Properties for a sum of $18,250,000.
The acquisition includes 3 buildings with a total footprint of 170,827 SF of industrial space, and on-site tenants include Redline Freight Systems, LKQ Corp. and Vertex Construction Specialties.
