33-Story Residential Tower Tops Out in Jersey City
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a massive, 33-story, residential building, going up at 30 Park Lane North in Jersey City's Newport development neighborhood.
The team is currently installing facade materials and framing out the interiors as the build progresses.
Developed by , the tower will contain rental apartments, offered in studio, and one to four-bedroom configurations.
As is typical for a transit-oriented development of this size, the building will offer a long list of tenant amenities. This includes outdoor fitness equipment, lounge areas, fire pits, game tables, a grilling station, and a yoga area. The development also sits just a stone's throw away from Hoboken Terminal, which will make commuting to Manhattan nice and easy for residents.
In addition to residential units, the building will feature square feet of retail and restaurant space, located on the ground floor.
Attached to the main tower section is a 147,000 square foot parking garage, which will have enough room for vehicles and up to 200 bicycles.
Designed by , 30 Park Lane North comes as part of LeFrak’s 300-acre Newport development plan. Built on a square parcel, spanning nearly 50,000 square feet, it stands feet tall and totals square feet. Work is estimated to finish by May of 2024.
