33-story Tower Project Approved in Jersey City
A 33-story residential tower has been approved for 30 Park Lane North in Jersey City's rapidly evolving, Newport neighborhood. Developed by , and designed by Minno Wasko, the building will contain 387 units and sit just blocks from Hoboken Terminal. In addition to residential units, it will have square feet dedicated to retail and restaurant space on the ground floor. Plans also call for a vehicle parking garage, as well as a storage space for roughly 200 bicycles. As is typical for a transit-oriented development of this size, the building is set to offer a long list of tenant amenities. These include outdoor fitness equipment, lounge areas, fire pits, game tables, a grilling station, and a yoga area. 30 Park Lane comes as part of LeFrak’s 300-acre Newport development plan. It will sit directly across the street from "The Beach"; another residential tower that the company recently completed this year.
