Plans Revealed for 40-Story Tower in Jersey City

Developer, , has announced plans for a 40-story, mixed-use tower, set to rise at 110 Town Square Place in Jersey City's Newport neighborhood.

The building will contain apartment units, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations.

Plans also call for square feet of office space, square feet of retail space, and a storage area, capable of stashing up to 218 bicycles.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet altogether.

The project site spans and the building will sit on top of the Newport PATH station. The old station entrance building will likely be demolished, with a new one integrated into the design of the new building.
