35-Story Apartment Tower Planned in Downtown St. Petersburg
Atlanta-based developer The Atlantic Companies has submitted plans for a 35-story apartment building in downtown St. Petersburg. The tower would bring 348 apartment units and 2,203 square feet of commercial space. The one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will range from 650 to 1,388 square feet. The development also includes a 277-space parking garage and will offer 370 bike parking spaces. The Atlantic Companies is under contract to purchase the 1.18-acre site which includes an existing bank that will remain. The purchase price and closing date are not available.
