365K SF+ Nubian Square Ascends Approved for Development
has won approval for a 365,000 SF+ development in Nubian Square. Named “Nubian Square Ascends,” plans call for a mixed-use community development featuring a 7-story, 201,100 SF life science building, 144,500 SF of lab/office space, and a 135-seat restaurant along with a public plaza in Roxbury's Nubian Square.
