Affordable Unit Count Increased for Nubian Square Ascends
Affirmative Investments has filed a Notice of Project Change to adjust the number of affordable units with the Nubian Square Ascends Project. The original target for the project was 10 affordable units and 5 market-rate units. Now the developer plans to make all 15 units affordable with 8 units for owners at 80% AMI and 7 units for owners at 100% AMI. There will not be an artist preference for these 15 units. The Nubian Square Ascends development is set to transform Nubian Square into a cultural, entertainment, and artistic mecca that celebrates the rich diversity of the neighborhood.
