38 Unit Multifamily Under Official Review for Allston
The BPDA received a small project review application proposing a new 38-unit residential building for 14 Gardner Street in Allston. Nora, LLC plans to construct a 4-story multifamily building with 25 underground parking spaces, with 40 bicycle spaces. The building will contain 10 one-bedroom units, 20 two-bedroom units, and eight three-bedroom units.
