A 12-story residential project now stands topped out at 389 Weirfield Street in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments and a number of tenant amenities. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. The project is being built just across the street from 378 Weirfield Street; a recently completed, 5-story residential building, developed and designed by the same project team. Construction at 389 Weirfield is expected to wrap up by early 2023.
