Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 393 Weirfield Street
NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 20 units within a new, 12-story residential building, located at 393 Weirfield Street in Brooklyn's Bushwick neighborhood. Eligible applicants must earn between $65,143 and $198,250 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until July 31, 2023.

Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, an outdoor basketball court, a yoga room, a co-working space, a media room, a roof terrace, a dog park, and a bicycle storage area. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. The building is being constructed just across the street from 378 Weirfield Street; a recently completed, 5-story residential building, developed and designed by the same project team. Work is expected to wrap up on 393 Weirfield Street within the next couple of months.
