40 Units of Affordable, Supportive Housing Approved in Fairlawn
House of Ruth has won approval for a 40-unit multifamily building along Minnesota Ave. in Fairlawn. Every unit in the new building will house women and families directly impacted by domestic violence. Based on the applicant’s existing residential communities House of Ruth anticipates residents will be between 0 and 30% of the Median Family Income. The project will also include green space, a courtyard, and a play area for children.
