400+ Units Approved for Tysons Office Park
The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors has approved plans for City House, a multifamily tower within the Highline at Greensboro office complex. Plans call for 410 residential units along with a pocket park dubbed Highline Square, and an urban park with a performance stage on top of the existing parking garage.
