44-Story West Eleventh Residences Planned In Miami, FL To Be Developed in Collaboration with Airbnb
Developers have recently revealed plans to build a 44-story structure that will feature over 650 condo units, and ground floor tri-level “experiential” entertainment and food hall space. The condo units will be fully finished and furnished and also available for short-term rentals. The development will allow owners to host 365 days on Airbnb. Amenities will include a resort-style pool, private lounge areas, fitness and wellness centers, and an on-site restaurant.
Condo sales for the project will officially launch on February 20th.
