45 Units Planned for Shaw Site
Plans are under review for a multifamily project at 1515 9th St. NW in Shaw. The development would offer 45 condo units, a mix of 1 & 2 bedrooms. condo development is in the works for a church-owned site in Shaw. Monarch Urban acquired the development site earlier this month from the Shiloh Baptist Church for $3.5M.
