500+ Units Approved at Dulles Station
The Fairfax County Planning Commission has approved plans for Dulles Station Building D. The 7-story, mixed-use building will include 510 units with roughly 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 21,000 square feet of open space with townhouse-style units on either side of pedestrian mews.
