550+ Unit Multifamily Project Approved in Arlington
The Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing has won approval for the redevelopment of Marbella Apartments along N. Pierce Street. The new development would feature 2 towers offering 555 units total, 100% affordable to families at 30%, 50%, and 60% AMI. The Arlington County Board also approved the allocation of $21.4M in FY 2022 AHIF funds to for low-interest loans to help finance the development and construction of the project.
