685 N. Glebe Road Update 12/19/22

550+ Units Approved for Macy's Site in Arlington

The Arlington County Board has approved the redevelopment of the Macy's at 685 N. Glebe Road. Plans call for a 16-story, mixed-use project to include 553 apartments and a grocery store. Units will range in size from studios through 3 bedrooms with amenities set to include a resident lounge and rooftop pool.
