6-Story Condo Project Tops Out on Lower East Side
General contractor, , has topped out the concrete superstructure of a 6-story residential building, going up at 330 Grand Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side.
Developed by Sheryl Hempel of TIAA-CREF, it will contain condo units, offered in one and two-bedroom configurations.
Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a roof deck with an outdoor kitchen, and a bicycle storage area.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to complete by the end of this year.
