77-63 Vleigh Place Heads to City Council
The City Planning Commission (CPC) has finished reviewing a zoning application that was submitted for an 8-story project, proposed at 77-63 Vleigh Place in Kew Gardens, Queens. After voting in approval, the CPC has now handed it off to the City Council for further evaluation. The application requests map and text amendments for a mixed-use structure that would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. Developed by VP Capital Holdings LLC, and designed by Jarmel Kizel Architects, the building would total square feet and stand feet tall. The City Council will have 50 days (or until August 2nd) to hold a hearing and vote on the application. If the proposal receives a favorable vote, it will be sent to the NYC Mayor's Office for the final stamp of approval.
