8-Story Lab Planned in Medford
Verdynt has proposed an 8-story, 70,000-square-foot bio lab building at 243 Mystic Avenue in Medford. The project would include a publically accessible restaurant/café space and 22 parking spaces. The site offers easy access to public transit with Red Line, Green Line, and Orange Line MBTA stations within walking, biking, or shuttle distance of the building. Per the project documents, "an incubator has signed on as a single tenant for the entire building based on the strength of the market proximity and neighborhood amenities."
