819 Beacon Street Now Under Review
Plans are now under review for the 15-story residential project proposed at 819 Beacon Street. The new building would include 450 residential units along with 53 units of patient-family residences operated by Children’s Hospital. The project would also include 209 parking spaces (199 parking spaces below grade, 10 existing remain at grade) and landscaping and streetscape improvements including a 5,000 square foot public plaza facing Beacon Street. According to the filing, construction is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2021, with a duration of approx.30 months and completion expected in spring 2024.
