900 Units Planned for Wardman Park Marriott Site
Carmel Partners has released plans for the redevelopment of the 6.5-acre Wardman Park Marriott site. The redevelopment of the site calls for 2 new buildings with a total of 900 units and more than two acres of open space. The designs incorporate the existing "one-story arcade" on the site linking the new Building A with the Wardman Tower. Carmel Partners acquired the site this past November for $152M.
