Unified Global Packaging Group has leased 95,000 SF of floorspace at the Swansea Mall building in Swansea, MA. Currently under redevelopment, plans for the former Swansea Mall call for two new multifamily buildings featuring 144 market-rate apartments, a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art self-storage facility, and 500,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial office and retail space.
