Swansea Mall Renovations Making Headway
Exterior work is continuing on Swansea Mall as Anagnost Companies redevelops the 84-acre mall site. Plans call for two new multifamily buildings featuring 72 market-rate apartments in each, a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art self-storage facility, and 500,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial office and retail space.
