98 Third Avenue Checks Off Another Box
The City Planning Commission (CPC) has finished reviewing a zoning application that was submitted for a proposed, 8-story project, at 98 Third Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. It will now be sent to the City Council for further evaluation. The application requests map and text amendments for a mixed-use structure that would contain rental apartments (including 8 affordable units). There would also be square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Developed by , and designed by , the building would total square feet and stand feet tall. It would require extensive rezoning because 8 full lots, and parts of 2 others would have to be combined and leveled for the project site.
