Boerum Hill Mixed-Use Project Gets the Green Light
The NYC Mayor's Office has just approved an application for an 8-story mixed-use project, at 98 Third Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Submitted by Bill Wolf Petroleum Corp, under the name 98 Third Avenue Realty LLC, the application requested map and text amendments in order to facilitate the project.
The new building is set to contain rental apartments, with 8 of these units set aside for affordable housing. Plans also call for square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.
Designed by , 98 Third Avenue will stand feet tall and total square feet. Before any work begins, 8 full lots and parts of 2 others will be combined and leveled to create the project site.
