Boerum Hill Mixed-Use Development Makes Moves in Public Review
An 8-story building, proposed for 98 Third Avenue in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is quickly progressing through public review. The submitted zoning application, which requests map and text amendments, has now been evaluated by Brooklyn Community Board 2, and is in the process of being reviewed by the Borough President. Developed by , and designed by , the mixed-use structure will contain residential units, including 8 affordable units. There will also be square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The building will total square feet and stand feet tall. This development will require extensive rezoning as 8 full lots, and parts of 2 others would have to be combined and leveled for the project site.
