Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 1510 Broadway

NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 90 units within an 8-story, mixed-use development, going up at 1510 Broadway in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Eligible applicants must earn between $19,578 and $154,080 annually, or sit within 30 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until July 18, 2024. 

Developed and constructed by , the project is currently in the interior finishing stage. The building is being developed in partnership with the East Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation and is set to contain affordable housing units in total. The structure will also have square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor.

Designed by , 1510 Broadway stands approximately feet tall and totals square feet. The structure has been sustainably engineered in pursuance of Enterprise Green Communities and LEED certifications.

Measuring square feet, the irregularly shaped project site is bound by Hancock Street, Broadway, and Saratoga Avenue. Construction is anticipated to finish by the fall of 2024.
