Affordable Housing Lottery Kicks Off for 620 West 153rd Street

NYC Housing Connect has started an affordable housing lottery encompassing 72 units within a 28-story, residential development, located at 620 West 153rd Street in Manhattan's Hamilton Heights neighborhood. Eligible applicants must earn between $80,572 and $187,330 annually, or sit at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI). Applications will be accepted either online or by mail until May 23, 2023.

Developed by  PRO, the upcoming development will contain  PRO rental apartments, spread across 210,000 square feet. Tenant amenities will include a fitness center, a co-working area, a bike storage room, recreational spaces for children and pets, and a roof lounge.

The structure will also contain 11,628 square feet of community facility space, and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for  PRO vehicles. Designed by  PRO, 620 West 153rd Street will stand PRO feet tall and total PRO square feet.

General contractor, PRO, topped out the structure this past summer, and work is expected to complete sometime this spring.
